* Elective Orthopedic Surgery Candidates
* 65 years old or older
Exclusion Criteria:
* Emergency surgery
* Patiens who required multiple (2 or more) blood component transfusions
* Neurologic disorders
* tyroid dysfunction
* Patiens who are already hypothermic before surgery
