Inclusion Criteria:
* Azoospermia;
* testis longitudinal axis less than 4.5 cm;
* serum follicle-stimulating hormone greater than 7.6 IU/L
Exclusion Criteria:
* History of testicular biopsy,
* malignancy,
* varicocele,
* hyperprolactinemia,
* thyroid disfunction,
* chemotherapy,
* radiotherapy
