Inclusion Criteria:
* women complaining chest tightness
* Mastectomy (Unilateral/ Bilateral/ Partial/ Radical)
* Postoperative chemotherapy or radiation therapy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Tumor Metastasis with other tissue/ organ.
* Underlying Cardiac issues.
* Shoulder joint pathology before surgery.
* Post mastectomy pain syndrome (Pain beyond 3 months).
