* ESBL+ asymptomatic bacteriuria
* assigned for endourological procedure
* normal CRP, PCT and WBC
* patient's consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* urinary tract infection
* raised levels of CRP, PCT, WBC
* fever
* non ESBL+ bacteriuria
* inability to consent
