* American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA)3 or lower
* Patients requiring general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria:
* Allergic reaction to drugs commonly used for general anesthesia including fentanyl, midazolam, propofol, ephedrine and phenylephrine
* Pregnant women
* Requiring rapid sequence induction
* Prisoners
* Patient refusal
* Emergency Surgery
