Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Age ≥ 18 years old
2. ≥1 line relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma
3. Alanine aminotransferase is less than 2.5 times the upper limit of normal, and total bilirubin is less than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal
4. Creatinine clearance rate\>40ml/min
5. No serious heart disease
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Untreated multiple myeloma patients
2. Pregnant or lactating women
3. Alanine aminotransferase is more than 2.5 times the upper limit of normal, and total bilirubin is more than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal
4. Creatinine clearance rate ≤40ml/min
5. Severe heart disease
