Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Adult patients ≥ 18 years.
* Patients with hydronephrosis (unilateral or bilateral) referred for renal scan.
* Patients able to sleep in a fixed position for 20 minutes.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Severely impaired renal function.
* Advanced hydronephrosis
* Pregnancy.
