* fecal incontinence after OASIS
* St Marks score \> 8
* failure of conservative treatment
Exclusion Criteria:
* pregnancy
* immunosuppressed
* former major pelvic surgery or irradiation
* Rectal prolapse
* complex fistula
* IBD
* Lateral sphincterotomy
