* Undergoing colonoscopy after standard bowel preparation
Exclusion Criteria:
* Known familial polyposis
* Small amount of feces or semi-solid stool in last rectal effluent
* Inflammatory Bowel Disease
* Lactated or pregnant women
* Unable to provide informed content
