Inclusion Criteria:
* \> 18 years of age;
* able, to read, write, and understand Norwegian;
* are scheduled for orthopedic (shoulder, bunnies), or breast reconstruction surgery and
* have a telephone line.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Staying overnight in hospital
