* clinical diagnosis of oculocutaneous albinism
* age over 3 and weight over 25 lbs.
Exclusion Criteria:
* ocular only albinism
* ocular pathology other than albinism
* neurologic disease, history of myocardial infarction, history of clinical depression, pregnancy
