* acute coronary syndrome
* invasive treatment
Exclusion Criteria:
* in-hospital death that was not due to stent thrombosis,
* anticipated poor compliance to dual antipletelet treatment for at least 6 months,
* premature discontinuation of clopidogrel therapy.
