* MRSA and pneumonia cases by ICD-9 code identification.
* Diagnosis included during inpatient stay.
* Treatment initiation in hospital.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Death of discharge within 3 days of treatment initiation.
* Exposure to other treatments with MRSA activity.
