Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age 40\_60 yrs. old male
* COPD diagnosed with GOLD guidelines stage 2 moderate to severe(14)
* FEV1/ FVC ratio below 70%
* No use of beta 2 receptor agonist or anticholinergic drugs at least 6 hours before attending the study
Exclusion Criteria:
* unstable cardiovascular diseases
* SpO2 at rest below 88%
* Active pulmonary Tuberculosis
* Neurological disorders
