Inclusion Criteria:
* all of nasopharyngeal carcinoma
* hypopharyngeal carcinoma or laryngeal carcinoma visited at ENT department of NanFang hospital
Exclusion Criteria:
* all of above patients whose anticipated survival duration were less than 6 months
