* Early Stage Breast Cancer
Exclusion Criteria:
* Prior training in MBSR,
* Recurrent breast cancer,
* Metastatic breast cancer,
* Other cancers (except basal cell carcinoma),
* Immune-based disease,
* Psychoses,
* Cognitive dysfunction,
* Unable to read or write English,
* History of substance abuse,
* Use of immune-altering medications
