* HIV+
* Taking lopinavir/ritonavir or efavirenz
* Age \</= 35 years or \>/= 55 years
Exclusion Criteria:
* Concurrent therapy with drugs that alter lopinavir/ritonavir levels.
* Other renal or kidney disease.
* Chronic hepatitis B or C
