* Postpartum women delivering at Miami Valley Hospital
* Diagnosis of gestational hypertension or preeclampsia
* Able to provide written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Diagnosis of chronic hypertension
* Allergy to study medications
* Unable to understand English
