* Acute STEMI within 5 last days with LVEF \< 35%
* 18-80 years old
* Admitted to the Cardiac ICU
* Consent form
Exclusion Criteria:
* CABG surgery indicated
* Contra-indications to MRI
* ICD or PPM in place
* Follow-up compromised
