* Within 24 hours of admission to Neurosurgical ICU after neurosurgery with ventilator support
Exclusion Criteria:
* Less than 18 y/o;
* Pregnancy;
* Not suitable for medication from NG route,
* Had GI bleeding at admission to ICU
