* all patients diagnosed as TBM from the electronic medical record system.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Does not meet the established diagnostic criteria;
* Combine other pathogen central infections;
* Follow-up confirmed that the final diagnosis considers other diseases (such as tumors, autoimmune encephalitis, etc.);
