Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age from 30-40 years
* History of herpes zoster more than 90 days
* Visual analogue scale is greater than or equal 5 out on a scale from 0 to 10
* All patients were on pain medication "Carbamazepine"
Exclusion Criteria:
* uncooperative behavior
* Intellectual disability to complete the self-evaluation questionnaires
