* Age: 6-36 months
* Referred for tympanostomy tube insertion as a treatment for COME.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Snoring and sleep disordered breathing (SDB)
* Chronic medical condition
* referred for TTI and adenoidectomy/tonsillectomy
