Inclusion Criteria:
* Undergoing orthodontic treatment by fixed orthodontic appliance.
* Indicated for a bilateral miniscrews.
* Good oral hygiene.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Medically compromised patients.
* Heavy smoker.
* Dry mouth ( Xerostomia).
* mucogingival lesions.
* Patients with chlorhexidine allergy.
