Inclusion Criteria:
* Patient over the age of 18;
* Patient managed for pancreatic adenocarcinoma;
* Patient eligible for at least one (or more) surgery (s) and chemotherapy;
* Patient giving informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patient not affiliated to a social security scheme;
* Pregnant and / or nursing patient;
* Patient under guardianship, curatorship or safeguard of justice;
* Patient whose regular follow-up is impossible for psychological, family, social or geographical reasons.
