* Altered gastric anatomy
* Scheduled to undergo laparoscopy-assisted ERCP
Exclusion Criteria:
* Any contraindications to performing endoscopy
* Participation in another research protocol that could interfere or influence the outcomes measures of the present study.
* The subject is unable/unwilling to give informed consent
