* Uncomplicated primary Roux-en-Y gastric bypass \>12 months ago
* Postoperative weight loss of \>60%EBL or \<50%EBL.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Inadequately treated thyroid disease
* Hemoglobin \<6.5 mM
* Pregnancy or breastfeeding
