* Hong Kong Chinese adolescents
* aged 12 to 18
* able to read and write Chinese
* attending outpatient clinic of Department of Pediatric Cardiology
Exclusion Criteria:
* adolescents with non-structural heart disease
* with developmental delay or comorbid medical conditions
