* Cardiovascular disease (CVD)
* Currently enrolled in outpatient cardiac rehabilitation training at the study site
* Informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Contraindications for cardiopulmonary exercise testing
* Pathologies limiting exercise performance
* Pregnancy or breastfeeding
* Limited German language
