* Breast cancer female patients of less than 41 years old
* Addressed to fertility preservation Unit before starting chemotherapy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Metastatic breast cancer
* Known premature ovarian failure
* Basal FSH \> 20 IU(International Unit)
* Surgical contra-indications
