* Scheduled for elective procedure (aorto-bifemoral bypass or aorta stentgraft implantation) by vascular surgeons.
* Over age 18
* agree to participate
Exclusion Criteria:
* under age 18
* refuse to participate
* diagnosed malignant disease
* chronic steroid usage
* being on cytostatic therapy
