* Annual volume of acute PE ≥80 (measured in 2022)
Exclusion Criteria:
* Pediatric-only hospital/ED
* No site physician champion identified
* Annual volume of acute PE \<80 (measured in 2022)
* Existing formal clinical pathway for outpatient management of low-risk PE
