Inclusion Criteria:
* Chronic hepatitis C (anti-HCV antibodies and detectable HCV-RNA).
* Genotype 1b infection
* Treatment-naïve and non-cirrhotic
Exclusion Criteria:
* HCV genotype or subtype other than GT1b.
* Any current or past clinical evidence of cirrhosis.
