Inclusion Criteria:
* Unilateral hip disease that is indicated for primary total hip arthroplasty.
Exclusion Criteria:
* A previous THA on the contralateral hip.
* Any condition contraindicated for primary total hip arthroplasty.
* Refuse to be randomized in the study arms.
