* Referral from a medical doctor to group exercises in heated pool
* Inflammatory rheumatic joint disease
* \> 18 years
* Stable disease
* Mobile phone owner
* Understand and use text messages on mobile phones
Exclusion Criteria:
* Independent living
* Joint surgery previous to the study start
