* Patients scheduled for elective unilateral hand surgery.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patient refusal.
* Allergy to study medications
* Body mass index \> 35 kg/ m2
* Patients with sickle cell or Reynaud diseases
* Patients with a history of psychiatric illness or on chronic opioids
