* Critically ill patients aged 18 years or older of both genders admitted to the intensive care unit
Exclusion Criteria:
* Age \< 18 years' old
* Morbid obesity
* Mechanical ventilation
* Hemodynamic instability.
* Thoracotomy and cardiac surgery
