Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Women aged 18-49 years
2. Nonpregnant
3. Women did not receive any analgesics or misoprostol in the 24 hours prior to insertion.
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Women with any uterine abnormalities such as congenital anomalies, endometrial lesions, fibroids
2. Allergy to Copper.
