* Stable obesity
* Abdominal or pelvic surgery
* Agree to participate to the study
Exclusion Criteria:
* malignancy,
* infectious or inflammatory disease, notably HIV infection
* pregnancy
* history of ischemic cardio or neurovascular event, lower limb arteritis
