* Diagnosis of ectasia after refractive surgery
* Documented ectasia on Pentacam or topography map
* BSCVA worse than 20/20
* Must complete all study visits
Exclusion Criteria:
* History of delayed wound healing
* History of corneal melt or corneal dystrophy
