* 18 years and older
* Diagnosed with DM
* Who either had diabetic foot ulcers or were at high risk for diabetic foot
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with autoimmune diseases
* Malignant conditions
* A history of prior amputation
* Those on hemodialysis
* Pregnant women
