* Elective abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery
Exclusion Criteria:
* Emergency surgery
* Age ˂ 18 years old
* Creatinine \>2mg/dl
* Diseases of ascending aorta, aortic arch or thoracic aorta
* Chronic atrial fibrillation
* Patient refusal to provide informed consent
