Inclusion Criteria:
* Six months post cerebrovascular accident
* Residual upper extremity impairment that affects participation
* At least ten degrees of active finger extension
* Tolerate passive shoulder flexion to chest level
Exclusion Criteria:
* Severe neglect
* Severe aphasia
