* The hospital is a comprehensive hospital;
* Nurse have been registered and are on their duty;
* Nurses are currently engaged in clinical practice;
* Nurses are willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Nurses who are intern nurses or studying in other hospitals, or has been participated in other relevant studies.
