* Adult patients, undergoing stereotactic biopsy for newly diagnosed PSNCLs
Exclusion Criteria:
* Severe hepatic dysfunction
* Severe renal dysfunction
* Severe heart failure
* myocardial infarction and stroke within 90 days
* Hyperreactivity against contrast agents
* Pregnancy
