* scheduled for elective CABG or OPCAB surgery
* signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with a history of previous heart surgery and/or undergoing valvular heart surgery.
* Patients with preoperative atrial fibrillation.
* Patients in whom TEE is contraindicated.
