* age between 18 and 35 years;
* no history of alcohol abuse or other substances.
* Caucasian ethnicity.
* no smoker;
* good health condition, no autoimmune, endocrine, infectious, cardiac, renal, hepatic or metabolic diseases;
* no pregnancy or lactation condition.
