* aged less than 2 years old
* whole body radiography performed for suspected child abuse setting
* report available with a double blind reading (generalist radiologist and radiologist with expertise in child abuse)
Exclusion criteria:
* Radiograph not interpretable ( poor quality)
* AI not applicable
