* Primary diagnosis of breast cancer
* Fluency in English
* B.M.I. \>= 30
* Available for follow-up for 12 months
Exclusion Criteria:
* Clinical evidence of metastatic disease
* Not diagnosed with primary breast cancer
* Lack fluency in English
* B.M.I. \< 30
