* Able to speak and understand danish
* Able to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Alcohol or medical abuse
* Allergies to local anesthetics or methylprednisolone
* Age \< 18 years
* Daily use of opioids or glucocorticoids
* Pregnancy or breastfeeding (fertile women)
